Our story began with a passion for creating a welcoming space for pilgrims and travellers on the Camino de Santiago.
Our Story
Opened in March 2015, our albergue is built with love and care, using 90% recycled materials. We're proud of our eco-friendly approach and our commitment to providing a warm and cozy atmosphere.

At La Casa Verde, we strive to make every guest feel like part of the family. Whether you're looking for a warm meal, a comfortable bed, or just someone to share your journey with, we're here for you.

We’re Dominic from the Austrian Alps and Joelina from northern Germany – a young couple who shares a passion for hospitality. Since April 2025, we’ve been running La Casa Verde, our cosy little hostel in San Martín del Camino.
